They are not quota bags but they are in the tier that may push you toward the back of the quota bag line as your store will feel like they’ve satisfied you for a bit and would like to make more clients happy as well. (Especially a KP which is harder to get than a quota bag). Since there is no “spending ratio” formality, there is nothing to “reset” so it’s an unanswerable question. Recommend you read through the last several pages of the relationships thread and spend threshold thread for more insights.

Hi! I recently found this forum and would love some insight as I am newer to the brand! I am interested in the 24/24 21 and the evelyn TPM. I don't have an SA as I have never shopped in store (only online) but was wondering if anyone has tips for NYC shopping. Are these specific styles stocked in NYC stores and is there a chance of being able to purchase this style as a newer customer? I am really excited to learn more and start my journey to find my first bag :)

I advise spending some time in each of thr stores (and read the thread) to get a sense of the vibe, then go and see if you connect personallu with any of the SAs. A smaller bag like these may be a bit harder to get, but perhaps stock will loosen up later this year. i shop both boutique and resale, depending on how quickly I would like something. . .

@cravin, I’m sorry your appt got cancelled. My SA assured me that I have one before the opening, but I have no idea which day. Not too concerned as the only item currently on my list is a jacket that sold out in Paris. I didn’t see it at the RTW event but NY just got my size :) so im hopeful.

SA said that they won’t have the bag my wife wants in the colors/hw she requested. She also started hinting that she’d need to move our appointment to the following week, which just tells me that someone that spends more than us needed that time slot. I prefer this honesty instead of some excuses and totally understand that she needs to do what’s best for her commissions. No harm, no foul. It’s shopping and a ridiculously silly thing to freak out about.

Are you asking for something very specific? Maybe she doesn’t have that particular bag and doesn’t want you to make a trip for nothing?

My SA is extremely blunt and would have told me if that was expected. Then again I haven’t given them my list yet ;)

I just found out that I have an appt on the 30th, and my SA has the specific RTW piece in my size). It’s not a huge spend by any means.

I do know that H is expecting record breaking revenue, and I did offer to wait post opening, but he said it was okay, IDK

So, I would say, if your SA schedules you, just do what you normally do

@craven, im crossing my fingers that your specific item is just a bit delayed and that it comes in soon.

Hi everyone,

I am a new member and just started my journey with Hermes recently. I visited the store in Boston over the summer. Unfortunately, they did not have Constance in stock when I was there. I kind of expected that since I was completely new.

I was thinking to try my luck again at the Madison store during my trip to NYC next month, but then comes the new store opening and I cannot make an appointment online at all (
:sad:
I hate my luck sometimes). Originally, I was planning to visit the store on Oct 4 or 5, do you think I should check the website daily to see if they will offer some appointment slots for those days? Tbh, I really do not like the idea of spending 6-8 hours standing in line. Or should I try other stores? Seems like no appointments are offered at the Wall St location as well.
