For this one, my sA just said a few weeks ago, when I was having a toile leather jacket tailored, there is a RTW event in july, you have one of my first slots, if you can make it. (I was with two other TPFers, so i said pls remind me closer to the date, and pls see if we can all be there at the same time. So i think he coordinated with the other SA, IDK.

i cannot wait until the mens and womens sides are combined, bc DH and I like to shop together. It will be easier.

@Crapples, sorry I just realized that I did get an official rouge H colored email invite specifying Wed 5-8 pm. I forgot it bc my SA just asked me for the time I wanted.

For those who shop at Madison. I am starting a relationship with an SA. They are great but haven’t been responsive via text about setting up an appt. Which is fine. In this situation, do you walk in and ask if your SA is working? Wander around until you find them? It’s a huge store. I went in this weekend really wanting a certain item. I found the item and couldn’t find the SA so I just bought it from another SA. Any advice would be great!

since you have just started a store relationship, perhaps try another SA
Madison SAs have been super busy even on the weekends in the summer which is so odd

an SA gets tons of texts and unfortunately may take a while to respond to a new client.

Other staff members may know if a particular SA is working that day, but that’s not much help
if your SA is booked and too busy to assist.

So interesting nyc will be getting so many new locations! For Roosevelt I was told that they’re testing the waters. If all goes well they will make it a permanent store but not sure if they will expand to a full store. I wonder how that will affect other stores since I know people travel to the flagship on madison from all over

I will just be happy if the air conditioning works and the shoes aren’t in an airless attic lol

ETA: and maybe if the new H didn’t have industrial tile bathroom stalls :smile:
im not expecting a dressing room couches like chanel, but perhaps a bathroom door that closes

I’ll be even happier if we don’t need night vision goggles to view the bags
