Does SA's in the bag dept at Madison store gets commission for selling non b/k bags? I've read somewhere in the forum that they don't get commission on birkins and Kelly. Just curious since majority of items on display are bags.

any sa recom. i am going to madison to pick up something i ordered online. i want to ask for a possible b for my mom birthday. i know it doesnt work like that but my fam exceeded the quota according to my cousin so now i have to go ask. I normally get things through my cousin since she shops alot and travels. would i be laughed at?

So DH and I visited Madison for the first time a year ago, and we were underwhelmed by the lack of service. We decided to visit again on Saturday, and most of the SA's were pleasant enough to greet us (not like last time when we were basically ignored on every floor) and ask if we needed assistance. The only thing I found rude was when a SA was showing me an exotic Kelly wallet that was on display, and she immediately forgot about us when she spotted 1 of her regulars- she called out to him "hey big spender" and we soon became forgotten. That was definitely weird...
