This is the price i know from the Reseller here and and once a while they have promo, and sometimes birkin goes as low as 1,000,000yen.
I havent ask from Hermes directly for a B but for Lindy, before the price increase, it was above 650,000yen. That's partly the reason, why Japan is the easiest place to get a B. They told me as long as they have stock they will sell it!
