thats why KeeKeee hasnt gotten back to me as i told her there is one at KLIA airport, they promised to sell to me when they sell it in a week or two time cus i was thinking of you.

Ahhh so sweet of you thinking of me...thank you :flowers: yes KeeKeee told me about it and I also saw in the inventory thread. I almost made a one day trip to KL, but then after thinking so hard I changed my mind about canvas.

yes i agree about the lighting. i havent bought anything from them before. i go to Luxury Vintage more, yet i also have not bought a B or K there either. i do send a bag or 2 to Vintage as consignment. their mark-up is higher hence slightly harder to sell there, but the shop is rather nice, bright, good lighting n tonnes of other bags too. besides these, i go to Scoop a lot cus its near to where i stay in KL n their mark up is very very little hence i have been sending my bags there hehe. both Luxury Vintage n Scoop are on FB too.

i buy more in SIngapore as i m based her more than in KL now.

I have not heard of Scoop. Where is it in KL? You send your bags there? For selling? Do you also buy Birkin and Kelly there? How's the inventory? Sorry, this makes me excited that I ask way too many questions...:D

So you are now based in SG? Are you refering to buying preloved H or new H goodies in SG? Reseller or H boutique? I'd like to know to.

I didn't buy. Overpriced! Not now maybe someday....... Erm, I just went in and play with it (kwikie fix for me....hahaha). However, I did go to the reseller route....Thanks to the ladies here and also TPF.

Then there's questions on authenticity and I'm a newbie and too scared to take the plunge. :smile1:

Like you, I'm also very scared to go that route but desperate times calls for desperate measures:graucho:. As my patience wears thin in the quest of a Birkin or Kelly, I finally decide to go this route. Prior to this, I did a lot of reading up (which is near impossible when I have a bossy 3 year old who takes up so much of my time) here at the Forum.

The reseller is from the recommended TPF reseller list. (See: Hermes Shopping: Discuss Hermes Resale / Ebay Sellers). This online reseller provides many pictures of the item and is good and clear enough for our dear authenticators. I have purchased (smaller cheaper items to test the water) from him once and he's really nice.

Are you based in KL? I am not familiar with resellers here and have yet to check them out. I also worry about questions on authenticity. I almost scored a blue jean togo B35, about 1.5 years ago (from DD's friend's mum). I took pictures and had it authenticated here. It was then did I know that I was almost duped into buying a fake B! I couldn't tell at all. HTH:smile1:

Scoop is at Plaza Damas, Hartamas Shopping Center. Inventory for H bags are not half as fantastic as BS or LV but prices way better, usually pre-loved.

i buy pre-loved n brand new in Singapore, usually thru friends n resellers, sometimes at Deluxemall.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experiences. Yes, I'm in KL. I'm now researching, and hope to take a plunge. But have to slowly brainwash the paymaster first :sneaky:. Meanwhile, shall tumpang your excitement and joy.
