If you ever go to Hermes in Mid Valley or Pavillion be ready to be served by rude and greedy SA. Not all but i have to say the few that i encountered are such. There is a lady by the name Michelle SA that i came across, oh she told me if i need anything i can text her but give her time to reply. So i wanted to buy from her and texted her on the item that i am interested in. Gave her time and she dont even bother to reply. Even they do not have stock cant she just reply. Is no hurry but to me is just she is not intetested and no manners.
Then once i went to the Mid Valley store this time a chinese guy SA and i wanted to get a belt. Initially i wanted a black color which they do not hve in stock for my size. I also would like to purchase a Mini Evelyn but was told by him (the SA) oh although is not a quota handbag, it is very difficult to get. I said if there is stock can he let me know, he pretend to write it down half heartly agree which i can see he will Never let me know.
Then i walk out but later i change my mind about the belt and dont mind to purchase the gold on gold one instead of waiting for the black one. I went in back again but he behaved so indifferent. Firstly am i not allow to change my mind? Id...he do not want to attend to me letting his colleague to do so. My point What's wrong eh?? Am i not allowed to change my mind. Secondly i am not even begging you to sell me the stupid quota handbag (Birkin or Kelly)
Now fastforward to 2025, Hermes frankly you deserved your sales to go down, was told in China it has been down by 90+% since 2024.
