Hi there, does anyone know what the prespend is in Malaysia for a B or K? I have been with my SA for nearly 8 months but everytime I bring it up, she says its a long wait
I actually just asked my SA if I hit my pre spend for a B. She told me no so I picked up a few more items and as she was packing them up asked what I was looking for. I knew then I had hit my pre spend already. HTH!

That's excellent, I'm so happy for you. Do you mind sharing roughly what the ratio is ? I heard that non QB are not counted towards the pre-spend. Will this be your first QB from the Malaysian store?

Hi there

I'm new to shopping at Hermes in Malaysia. I have been shopping at the Gardens stall for the last few months as its closer to home. I didn't think to check the Pavilion store before starting the 'journey', but since I have already started shopping at Gardens, I am reluctant to change stores.

Is the Pavillion or the Gardens store more well stocked?

Are they able to transfer stock from one store to another? For example, I went into Gardens stall last week for a pair of shoes but they didn't have my size, but my SA was reluctant to check the availability at Pavilion. A friend of mine told me she had seen the size at Pavilion store.

Do SAs here order items for you if its available on the Malaysian Hermes website? My SA has not offered to do that for me either, but I know previously in the US, my SA has done that before.

Hermes stores in Malaysia are unable to order items from the website on your behalf, unlike in the US/ U.K. etc.

You may request for your SA to check stock availability at the Pavilion and has it transferred to your store. Not sure about online order though.
