From my experience they are quite friendly.
I didn’t purposely dressed up going there . A few times I went in wearing old sneakers or tongs and still got great services. I recommend going to Pavillion.
PS: I am considered commoner also

When are you visiting? I’ll be visiting Malaysia on coming weekend. I’ll update here on the experience and the stock availability. But I doubt there’s anything for a first time visitor like me haha.

If you don’t have specific Color on picotin, should be able to get what’s available in store?

Hi, for quota bags it require the SM to approve before SA can offer it to you and the SM for malaysia is not based in the store. So it is quite unlikely you will get a QB offer On your first visit.

for non quota, even existing clients have been waiting for gp and picotins. i recently just gotten my gp after 5 months wait and spending close to qb 1:1.. of course exceptions can happen like if you spend alot on other items or the SA likes you or you’re lucky, then anything can happen.

I'm visiting early september. An update would be wonderful, and good luck :)

I'm not picky on colours, so hopefully they'll have something in store.

Thanks for letting me know. I expected as much but that's really disappointing to hear.

Will probably still try my luck though, hopefully the H angels will smile upon me hahah.

I was there last month. Stocks were very low on both stores, Pavillion and Garden. To get QB is almost impossible as hardly any bags available to buy as walk in. Maybe if you dropped rm50k instore they may offer you something. SA told me what they have are for high spend regulars or VIPs .
I bought couple of items and none offered not even TPM or GP. Good luck with your shoppinh hope you will get offered something :)

What’s your spending to date like? Just wanna gauge if I should spread out my spending over multiple visits? Wondering what would be the SA think of me if I were to just purchase one-two item per day throughout my trips in malaysia.
