Yeah, they are WRONG!!!! Box blisters, croc gets watermarks. There are some Epsom that will blister (I had one that did, I had one that didn't). Clemence can absolutely get wet!

That brought me to think, based on the above mentioned theory (see my previous post), between the 2 epsoms you have, what is the color of the one that blistered? Is it darker than the one that didn't blister?

That would have been a fabulous answer but the bad one was rouge garrance and the better one is rose confetti. D'oh!

ETA: I'm starting to think it was just a bad batch. Maybe there was a treatment that just didn't get done or something?

Hold on, so the one that blistered is the darker one among the two right? That actually supports the theory that the better quality leather is used for lighter color in this case. :woot: But to be honest, I would be surprised if the difference between the better and the "not better" leathers is so big.

My clemence Bolide got soaked in a rain storm today! Even though others have said their clemence bags have been fine from the rain, this was the first time for me (and this bag!) and I was freaking out... I wiped it down when i got home, and it looks fine. I am anxious to see how it looks tomorrow morning after being dry all night.

They come with a rain jacket when purchased new dear. I've honestly never used one. I find Togo and clemence to be incredibly water resistant but then again I live in the desert and rarely get rained on [emoji41][emoji295]️[emoji944][emoji299]

Thank you for your reply, its so much appreciated!

Does the Hermes rain jacket cover the handles of the bag too?
