Hermes Instant Gratification...is this too much $$$?

I wanted to post pictures but I am still trying to figure out how to do so.
I tried all day yesterday and because I still have dial up at home (yes, we are not technologically advanced at all!!) it was not working very well.
I obsessed all weekend and had some buyers remorse. I kept thinking to myself, what if he was wrong, what if it is not really real, I worried myself sick to my stomach! One thing I have to say against resale is that even thought I got the seal of approval from Claude (which should be good enough for me), I will truly never be 100% satisfied because I did not purchase it at the store.
That is why I now believe that I should have waited and found my dream bag at the store. I kinda wish I did now because I just keep thinking of the worst. People may agree or disagree, but I think my next hermes will be purchased at the store (if my hubby lets me get another!) LOL!
