Thanks for your kind reply. Do they need to be approve by CEO before they sell K or B to customers? When I visit the boutique in Calgary, they mentioned that K and B need to be approved by their CEO. They need to send the customer's purchase history to CEO first, and once it's approved, the customer can finally purchase that particular bag. I'm not sure whether it's a new rule in Calgary store, or a new rule to all Canadian boutiques.
Thanks for your time.

Look for the mananger, that will be your best bet.
But the Vancouver seem to have an inventory drought for a long while now.
I was only able to acquire an HAC this year, never seen a B or K. Only on customers.

I've got a K32 last week, and was offered a B30 when I picked up the K. I love that B30 they've showed to me. However, they need to submit my purchase history again to their CEO.:thinkin: This procedure really takes very long time.:shrugs: I'm worried someone else will take that bag.

Thats exciting, did you pick up the K32 in Vancouver?

I picked it up in Calgary. It seems that Calgary store has a better inventory. I've seen several Birkin, Kelly and Constance in Calgary:p

Dont think it would be a problem.
Good luck to you!
I guess Calgary is where the treasure is. Can you get a friend/husband to pay for you in Calgary if they give you trouble.
B/K are very sought after in Vancouver.

Thanks for all your information. They accept credit card and wire transfer, so there won't by any trouble to make payment. My husband used to help me to make the payment as well:p

Lucky you Babyboss!! Were you on a waitlist for your Kelly? If yes, for how long? Im looking to purchase a B 30 or K 32 but unsure of the best way to go about it...establish a rel'ship with a SA, visit and ask frequently? Or just go in and add my name to the list...

TIA!!

i wait 5 months to get this bag =.= My sa told me they have a new policy that one person only can get 2 bags at most per 1 year (refer to birkin and kelly only, i.e. 1b+1k or 2b or 2k). and after u got the first one, u have to at least wait 5 months to get the other one. The key to get b or k in vancouver is very simple and pathetic --- u have to buy some accessories first (would be better to get watch or RTW).

hmmm...i've always wanted a B. but always afraid to asked. (dumb, i know) i've bought many bracelets and belts there...and trying to hunting down a CDC (the silver one is too heavy) at the moment. i just hate to wait to get stuff...what are the chances of me getting a b.

Thx for the intel Babyboss. Looks like I better start buying up the accessories! Lol! I won't even mention wanting a B or K until I've purchase a few items...I'm just not a H scarf girl, so hopefully the bracelets/watch/maybe an Evelyn will get me in ;).

This policy has been around for a while in other countries, and has now spread to Canada. Of course it gets waived for the VVIP/ VIP H buyers.

Londonbound, if you aren't a lover of scarves try buying watches, home goods, silver jewellery and items for men to build your profile.

Hth!

Thx lil_ fashionista! I'm starting with a CDC bracelet for my Feb bday, but I get the feeling leather/enamel bracelets and H belts won't likely get me H street cred, lol! Going to have to branch out...

And I thought my Chanel addiction was expensive! Ha!

Np! Belts, CDC's and clic clacs are what most people want from Hermes, so I think they count less than other purchases. I noticed that I was treated differently by other SA's, not my usual SA, (being greeted by the SM, offered more items) when they noticed me wearing an H watch (GHW Medor) and carrying an Evelyne.
