I follow up both on texts and in-person. There are so many shoppers in vancouver and not enough bags to go around so I ask: is my profile looking good for a qb this year? SA will say "it should come by summer" and I'll follow up by summer. In person I'll remind her "don't forget about my wishlist =) after doing a spend. For reference, I visit at most 4x a year and each time I spend 4-10k on rtw, jewelery, and homeware. So I do have a bond with my sa and can be more upfront.
