Might be difficult, but if you are in there and buying other stuff.. and then u ask for it SA may give it to you.hello! im just wondering how difficult it is to get a picotin 18 without any prespend or shopping history?
i’ve never shopped at hermes before but would love one in noir/palladium hardware if i can be choosy 😅 any insight regarding would be appreciated!
I am also in the market for one. I have spent 4K in the store on other items and my SA knows that a Picotin is on my wishlist. I also was flexible with the colours and gave her a wide range of colours I would be open to. She said if one comes in store she will call me. Still no bag! Not sure whether Picotins work on a wishlist or its luck of the draw meaning being being in the store and asking for one the day they receive a shipment. I'm starting to wonder whether I should go in weekly or email her weekly and remind her of my wishlist. and on that note does anyone know which days they usually receive new shipments? i believe I read on the Toronto forum it's usually on the 15th of the month.hello! im just wondering how difficult it is to get a picotin 18 without any prespend or shopping history?

They get shipments more than once a week, though not all contain bags. Please don't email every week. Recommend going in to shop whenever there is something you'd like to buy and asking then. For an in-demand non-quota bag like a Picotin, its likely that whomever is in the store as a proven client when a bag gets allocated will get first shot at it.I am also in the market for one. It does take time AND patience to getting you first bag, even non-qb. My first bag was also a Picotin and despite shopping regularly at that time, it was offered 7 months into my journey. There’s just a lot of demand for bags in general and SA’s do have to allocate it to regular clients. For the first year, I wondered if my SA even remembers me because I only shop every 3-4 months but by the 3rd year, I started receiving more active texts/calls to come in either for a bag or new season launch. For non-qbs, I nudge mine each visit “is my bag here? When do you think it’ll arrive?” And for qbs im more direct because I know I’ve spent enough and I don’t want to be forgotten.I am also in the market for one. Not sure, i always text my SA. It’s easier just go that routeDoes anyone know if your SA's left Hermes, do you still get automatic reply when you email them? I emailed my SA yesterday and didn't get an auto-reply even though it was after their work hours. I haven't received anything from her today either and she's usually very responsive..and now that's making me super paranoid![]()
If you want, you can call the boutique and ask for your SA's schedule. They'll tell you if she no longer works there or if she is just on leave/vacationDoes anyone know if your SA's left Hermes, do you still get automatic reply when you email them? Thank you for this message. This helps a lot with understanding the process as sometimes I feel like unless I am in the store to remind her and then she checks the back stock, she does not really remember anything on my wishlist. Is it ok for me to go in more often( ex weekly) and check in but not purchase anything? I have to pace my spending. Also is it ok for me to add QB bags to my wishlist after I just added the Picotin and Evelyn? It does take time AND patience to getting you first bag, even non-qb. The Toronto store got some mini clic Kelly bracelets in! Have anyone seen them in the Vancouver location yet??The store had new bracelets today - mini clic Kelly. I could not find them on the Canadian site, but here is a photo from the US site. A number of colours available in store.
Hi there, When you say you’re more direct about qbs, how often do you follow up? I worry about being forgotten too but don’t want to reach out too often. Also, do you follow up via message or in person? Thx!It does take time AND patience to getting you first bag, even non-qb.
