4 years now! Yes, first 6 months it took time to know the SA, then it has been very smooth! I’m straightforward and honest and SA appreciates it. Im sure everyone takes their time, it takes SA’s time to know their clients so be patient and it will all work out. I would suggest visit the store and connect! I don’t see inventory being an issue now.
Hi Ally, based on your experience in the Vancouver store what is the pre-spend ratio for a 1st QB? Some people say the first one is the easiest one to get and then it gets harder. Also at what point in the journey should you ask about a QB? is it once you have reached the pre-spend ratio or much earlier? does accepting a non QB bag first hurts your chances of a eventually getting QB or does it just help strengthen the relationship? For context, I am not in a huge hurry either so I am ok with getting a non QB this year and a QB next year.
I know someone who shops at this location and they got their first quota bag after a year of shopping at the store. It was in the exact spec that they asked for. I would say it’s a bag that everyone says is hard to get. They accepted 1 non quota bag 3-4 months in. Spend was a little over 2:1 including the non quota bag. Not sure when they asked for the quota bag though.
I got my first kelly 6 months in. For the first bag i asked on the 3rd visit. My second QB was exactly 1 year after it. Now i ask my SA about my next bag the day i receive my QB. 😂
Getting a non QB doesn’t hurt but i must say it delays 1-2 months for sure. If you like a non QB take it, it also shows them you are not only after the QB but other bags too
Went there a few months back. There is an Asian male SA there, otherwise a quiet store. There were shoes (limited sizes), Kelly belts and Avalon blankets. Some FJ at the back. Smaller shop. No bag.
anyone been to the store recently? A rose Azalee (?) MK2 was on display and we learned that any bags behind glass can no longer be taken out to see.

I've been getting 1 qb and 1 non qb each year. Sometimes 2 non qbs a year. I tell my sa my new wishlist right after getting an offer for what I want the following year to allow her enough time to save it for me. My spend is approx 35k each yr excluding leather. Hope this helps!
