Has anyone ever had their SA give you a specific timeframe when you would receive your QB and was very confident each visit (however, changed the timeframe twice) and when the time came they said there’s not enough QB’s? Should I assume I haven’t spent enough or I’m not really priority?
What is the specific timeframe that your SA gave you? I personally would take with a grain of salt anything more precise than a quarter of a year. I had an experience when my SA hinted I could get a QB from the upcoming shipment and may expect a call if things worked out. This did not happen. I never asked and my SA never explained why I did not get a bag then. My offer came later next month.
What I understood from experiences here: if you are < 1:1 you are lucky if you get an offer. Many here get offers with their spend being anywhere between 1.5:1 to 5:1, subject to relationships, past offer time frame, spend mix, specs you requested, luck etc etc etc.

I have seen some influencers / reviewers indicate online that the Bouncing Sneakers are "wishlist" items. Does anyone know if this is the case at the Toronto store? Or can I just walk in and ask for them? I do have an H profile (not a massive one), but I haven't told my SA before that I want to get a pair... Thanks!
I would definitely ask, as they do not have everything on the floor. I often see things online that are not on the floor, but they do have in stock.

I was in the store last week and my SA ordered a pair of shoes from Vancouver for me for pick up in the Toronto store. I got a phone call today that the shoes had arrived and I could come and pick them up. My SA wasn't available today so a different SA checked me out. Will my SA still get the commission for these as she was the one who placed the order for me? The receipt says "Sales associate: my SA's name" and then "Cashier: The SA for my pick up"

Thanks for your thoughts and insight!

Yes your SA gets the commission for the shoes even if he/she was not present at pick up

So not true. My SA showed me the latest design. Super comfy so I got a pair.

Does anyone know what B30 colors besides mainstream neutrals Gold/Etopue our store typically gets?
There won't be "typical" colors as they change every season based on the seasonal colors offered at Podium. Suggest letting your SA know if you are keen on one particular color so that the store hears it. Even if they don't typically order, reds, lets say, if enough clients continually ask for reds, they'll probably start ordering them. Furthermore, all stores are generally "forced" to order at least a few items of the new season colors as H wants to promote and sell them so if the color exists, it is almost certain your store will get at least one quota bag in it. The sooner you tell your SA, the more likely you are to be higher on the list for receipt.

Typically our store orders noir and breton/craie. I know they get a few seasonal colors and if you want bright colors you have to be vocal and flexible. There are some colors that are rarely ordered in OUR store (not global/country)- rouge h and purples and pinks except rose sakura. Before putting your name down for a color I would check with your sa which ones are expected if you are looking for that bag sooner.

The caution to this is that if one is a good enough customer for them to specifically order a bag at podium then you will be expected to take it whenever it comes. They do NOT order many specific requests at podium unless they are sure you will buy it whenever it comes and you are a very good usually long term customer. And if they won’t order it at podium for you then it will never come and it’s a wasted request. Be sure to ask your SA if the bag specs have been or can be ordered or if you should have broader specs.
