Thank you so much @jaz_o for checking. you are the best. did you end up buying anything? did the SA at that store mention how often they receive bags? If they have it do, they just bring it out if you ask them or do you have to make a purchase of another item before you can get offered to purchase one? I had read somewhere else that another customer had to combine a bag purchase with another item to be allowed to purchase the bag.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to exchange an Hermes airport purchase at a regular boutique (in another country). Its equivalent merchandise (identical scarf in a different color). I assumed no but hoping someone could share positive news that it’s possible?

Yes, it can be exchanged. Just bring along your receipt.

SFO has Picotins when I visited recently. They are on display and when I asked if there were any available the SA noted that they were all available. There was an orange cargo, Rose Texas cargo, and the a a couple tiny micros with the flowers on them. Didn’t ask about any other bags but assuming the rest of the displays are available since all the picos on display were.

That’s a bummer. I guess the inventory moves fast. Hubby was saying that they’ve got to sell while they can since everyone is just passing through.

Airport stores are concession/franchise stores from what I know. So no, your home boutique won't be able to see your purchases at airport stores.

Last year May I was in Paris and Marseille and didn’t find this belt in any of their city boutiques. I didn’t have enough time to check out the airport boutiques that time.
Has anybody seen any Kelly belts at the airport boutique recently? Thanks.
