Hi, substantial IMO is a few items over a period of time. Etc. perhaps some RTW, scarves, bracelets. I know that it seems like a lot but I find this is a good way to build up a relationship. This way your SA remembers you & is more inclined to 'offer' certain items :graucho:

Hello everyone in Melbourne! I haven't been active here for ages (just lurking...) and not long ago moved to Melbourne from Europe, love it! And gradually am getting back on track with H :cool: I understand there are annual sales in Melbourne as well, anyone know the dates already or is it around the same time every year (Feb and July?)? Thank you for any info :smile1:

I didn't know the exact date but I think will be around end of Jan from my recall last yr. Btw, for those who interested in tiny birkin, there's 4 available in store now, 2 whites, 1 etain and 1 gold thanks

Hey I'm from Melbourne and a newbie in TPF :)

Just a quick question. I just got a new so black 35 birkin niloticus crocodile skin recently and I have been wearing it out. To my horror I saw a scratch on the buckle and the black hardware tint scratches to silver. Is that normal? I spent 80k on the bag and I'm starting to think i was scammed. Help. Thanks!!!

Hi, it has been discussed before and some people say this is normal on so black and SA adviced them. I suggest you to take it to your local H and discuss this with them. I. don't think this should happend anyway...especially with such an expensive bag.

Hi ladies. Yesterday I put my name down on the waitlist for a 32cm Kelly. Jacques was helping me pick out colours and other specifications. He was lovely and very helpful. He said that they have a very long waiting list but there maybe some vacancies in June next year. What does that mean?? Does that mean that he might be able to place my order in June next year? In that case, how long would it take for me to receive my order? Sorry I'm all new to this waitlist business..

Never know how long will the waitlist going to take, depends on what you chose and how long the list are...

Unfortunately no, I was looking for one in 30 too but there's nothing in the store, I can't believe the low inventory compared to last year's christmas
