I was stopping by at the Galleria store the other day and asked about the shoulder birkin in the window display. The SA told me that was for display only and not for sale : (

forever132, Galleria is just next to the Standard Chartered Bank building in Central and you will not miss the beautiful windows when you pass by. Even with the Chinese name, you might end up in another end of the entrance where there is no sign for H store.

The Galleria entrace near Marks & Spencer is not the "corner" where the H shop is, it is the entrance on Des Voeux Road, the road on which the tram runs.

Hong Kong's H shops open on sundays. I believe (have to check) they'll close at 7/8pm, for Sogo H store it follows the business hours of Sogo, i.e. 10pm / 10:30pm on public holidays or peak season.

Yes, all H stores open on Sunday. Some shops, for example, LEE GARDEN's one, close earlier on Sunday, at 7pm.
