I never had issues buying in Hawaii! They seem to have good stock too. I went in And only bought a H enamel bracelet and twilly , my sa asked what other things I wanted. I told her a blk B30 and a Kelly Pochette, which they didn’t have at the time. I left my phone number and hotel where I would be staying. I got a call 2 days later asking me to come in to see some bags I got offered a Blk K 32 GhW and a RC KP, both I absolutely love!! They even gave me a box of Hawaiian chocolates as a gift.
When was this? I think it used to be a lot easier in Hawaii. Now I heard it's just as hard there as anywhere.

the 'category' makes a difference too. focus on jewelries (preferably fine jewelries), RTW, shoes and, if it's your cup of tea (pun intended), the homewares. HTH. Second the previous poster re Ala Moana being less accommodating. I prefer the one in the Royal Hawaiian Center (Waikiki) a lot better, plus, they seem to be a lot more knowledgeable about the new season stuff (even though they aren't at the store yet).

Thank you! I was in the Waikiki store today, and the SA was extremely nice and helpful. I did not enquire about B or K this time!

How many Hermes stores are in Oahu and Maui?
Are there certain times that are busier than others?
I am trying to get hubby to take me to at least one store and he hates crowds especially shopping crowds

There are 2 in Honolulu - one at Ala moana shopping center, the other in Waikiki royal Hawaiian shopping center. I have usually gone in the morning, not busy shortly after they open.

I've literally never seen the Waikiki store crowded, especially during daylight hours.

Also, unlike the mainland, both stores are open 7 days a week.
thanks for all the info....since we dont have exact dates when we will be there we also wont have exact plans per day ... so its nice to know about this.....
I had hubby take me to other fashion houses and certain ones were crowded, had to wait for assistance and then to buy an item.... (which meant it took much longer time)..hubby was NOT a happy camper... and I wont go through that again.. not worth it for me !! but I am excited now....
thanks for all the help here !
