When I was there, it looked like mostly tourists. I agree with @Ang-Lin you have to be "lucky". I was looking for a constance, she offered me a croc one and I wasn't ready for it (or more like my husband wasn't ready for it. Haha). Didn't ask me how long I was there going to be for or anything like that just in case something comes in. Just no. She wasn't rude or anything though, she was actually apologetic. She even made me try a few other bags.

It really doesn’t matter what sales you get there. They are now doing package deals. You buy x amount, and manager will approve the bags. Doesn’t matter purchase history.

Over the amount of the B/K you are targetting. Buy first and then they will “check”. The ones on Mauna Loa is less nice and accomodating.

the 'category' makes a difference too. focus on jewelries (preferably fine jewelries), RTW, shoes and, if it's your cup of tea (pun intended), the homewares. HTH. Second the previous poster re Ala Moana being less accommodating. I prefer the one in the Royal Hawaiian Center (Waikiki) a lot better, plus, they seem to be a lot more knowledgeable about the new season stuff (even though they aren't at the store yet).

I never spent anywhere close to a BK price there to get a bag. My sister once got her B with just a Kelly watch, which was around $3000. Like Ang-Lin said, category makes a difference. Buying silks or SLG doesn't count. The last time I visited, I got a necklace, which I actually wanted and went with a plan to get it. I just shop at Waikiki store these days. They always have pretty good stock. Lot more options for Bs than Ks though, as Ks are more sought after by Japanese ladies these days. Great place to check out if you are after a B.

I never had issues buying in Hawaii! They seem to have good stock too. I went in And only bought a H enamel bracelet and twilly , my sa asked what other things I wanted. I told her a blk B30 and a Kelly Pochette, which they didn’t have at the time. I left my phone number and hotel where I would be staying. I got a call 2 days later asking me to come in to see some bags I got offered a Blk K 32 GhW and a RC KP, both I absolutely love!! They even gave me a box of Hawaiian chocolates as a gift.
