I would like to share my experience with H Hawaii. I was only staying at Oahu for 4 nights, and was looking for a Constance 24 or Elan for my friend (just bought a medor myself so I'm on ban island hehe).

My friend isn't picky about the color for leather Constance, but wants a dark blue or black for exotic. I walked into Waikiki the first night (Friday) and asked, the SA said none in stock but took down my name, number and requests and said maybe a shipment will come in on my last day (Monday).

After leaving for 20 min, I get a call from the SA saying an orange poppy alligator 24 came in. I declined due to the color. However after a quick chat with my friend, she wants me to go see it and ask about price, so I went back and suddenly the SA pulls out a baby blue alligator 24. I was surprised that they have so much inventory, and suspect maybe she pulled my file before offering the bags. I declined the blue as well and told her to please call me if anything else comes in. She said she isn't working Monday but her co worker will call me.

The next day I went to ala manoa H and was told no inventory but they will call me as well.

My flight on Monday is at 11pm and and I didn't receive any call all day. But suddenly at 6:45pm I get a call from H Waikiki that a Epsom blue glacier 24 came in!! The new SA said there is someone at the store right now who is interested but if I'm on my way, she will hold for me. I get there and quickly snap a pic to my friend and the bag is sold!!

I must say my friend got very lucky, and it also seems that they do not ask for min dollar purchase on Constance bags, just b and k. Hope this helps anyone who is hoping to score one there!
how nice! may i know how much was C24 epsom?

Just thought I would throw in my experience in case it helps anyone. My BF and I vacationed in Waikiki last Oct. I visited both H stores. Bought an Evelyne at Ala Moana and a clic clac, and had no luck with a B or K, although I did ask. The SA looked me up, said I've shopped at other H stores including my local SCP store. Got the feeling it'll be very hard to get a B or K there without spending a lot more. So we went to H store near Royal Hawaiian, and I bought a belt kit. I was told by the SA that since I already had a profile at other H stores, it'll be hard for her to offer me a B or K. She suggested my BF open a profile, buy some items and she said she would offer him a K when it came in as I told her my first choice was a K. He spends about 1,500 and we thought let's see if anything comes out of it.

A month later she calls him and offers 32 K but it's retourne and I wanted sellier, so I passed. She calls two more times but again it's a retourne or a color I don't like. Finally she offers me what I was waiting for, 32 k sellier in my preferred color and hardware. She said she can hold max of 4 days so we fly there (crazy I know) but I'm not going to complain about going to Hawaii! We get to the store and she didn't want to show me the bag until I told her what else I wanted to get. This was the worse part of the experience, feeling I had to buy other things I wasn't prepared to get. Anyhow I do find items I like and about 3,500 of items later, I see my bag. Luckily I love it and took her home. So in all, about 5k spent (including 1,500 first time) and it took 2 trips in a span of about 5 months ( but I guess that's because I passed on some bags).

Based on my experience, this is how I would have done things differently. I would have visited both stores before making any purchases. I would have found an SA that affirmatively stated she would help me get a B or K (as the one my BF opened a profile with) and asked for suggestions on how to score a B or K. Some will not tell you, but some will be very straight forward and tell you what they expect. I would pick someone who had expectations I am willing to fulfill ( I got the sense that spending about 2k on non leather is sufficient to be offered a special bag). Then I would buy what I like from that SA and thereafter, check back during the trip to see if any inventory comes in, reminding her of what I want. Of course there is no guarantee you'll get the bag you want during that trip but I think this maximizes the chances.

Sorry for the long post, and I wish you all luck! Here's a pic of the K :D

May I ask which twilly that is?

I just came back from Waikiki and scored a bunch of good things. I wasted a Birkin but none cale in during my 5 days there. But I was able to score a beautiful Kelly 32 Blk Epsom GHW, RC Kelly Pochette, and Etain TPM Evelyne.. All were on my list except for the Kelly. I loved my SA there!! [emoji259]
