Oooh that's interesting. Higher at Ala Moana than Waikiki or your home store, if you're not local? How much did you have to spend at Ala Moana as opposed to the other store? Do you have different accounts for each store? I thought about doing that to land 4 QBs instead of 2, but I heard it's not good if they find out. If you've had some success then maybe I'll try it.

Ah... I don't really remember how much I spent. I'm sorry! I should keep better track, but I do remember what I bought: two sandals, two kelly belts, two scarves, a set of teacups and teapot.
I'm local and have two accounts. They know I have two accounts, I just buy the items I like from whoever has them in stock.

My spend was 2-1 for B30, 3-1 for B25S at Ala Moana, and .5-1 for K28 at Waikiki and currently waiting for another B25 with a 1-1 spend.

So this is just what my SA said that because I live here, it's a lot easier for me to get the quota bag that I want. She actually stresses out when customers who aren't local visit sometimes because there's already a low stock and to get the bag that you would want, she'd have to order it. Depending on the day you arrive and length of visit, it might not come. She mentioned that she does try to get what out of town customers want, especially after spending so much and if they're extremely kind (she emphasized that part lol), she feels bad when she's unable to deliver. She might be the exception; I don't know.

I'd suggest reaching out to your SA and letting them know ahead of time when you'd be there. I'm told that if your bag comes before you do, they can only hold it for 4 days. Also, my SA is always pushing watches on me so I'd say that it probably does help, especially the ones with diamonds. But I haven't bought a watch yet and still managed to get quota bags so I guess it really depends. Hope any of that helps. Best of luck!
Hi dear, this is so helpful indeed. I should make sure to message my SA prior to my visit. Thank you!!!

What’s folks’ experience with requesting a mini Evelyne as a walk in? Re my willingness to prespend: I’ll be honest, I’m only interested in Hawai’i exclusive items and things that my SA can’t usually procure, but don’t need to pick up anything I can get in NYC. Thanks for your experience in advance.

It would be practically impossible given how low the stock is in general for both stores. Waikiki sa said they have nothing to sell. You’re better off trying the H website since I’ve seen some Evelynes on it lately! You should still try to walk into the store and ask!

Thanks for this. Helpful. And if the website is our best option…we are all damned

Hi all — I just made an appointment with an SA (with whom I’ve been working for a couple of years) at the Waikiki location and he told me to come in at 10AM. I thought the store opened at 11AM? Has anyone gone to the store before hours with an appointment?
Yes, I have gone at 10am with appointment. 11am is open to public and it's so crazy busy, so sometimes they set aside 10am for appointments. All the best to you!
