Wanted to share a few shots of Tulipomanie in Marine CW in case anyone is interested I succumbed to the temptation and ordered it. However, I will be sending it back (uups). While it is beautiful, GT format is not my thing at all (this is my first triangle). I miss the volume and weight of CSGM, as well as the options that different corners provide for drapes/knots. I am happy I gave it a try though

hi, everyone!
it was a lazy Sunday and i spent it scrolling thru this thread, thank you all for the pictures of the various designs and colourways (and enabling ), i felt like i might need one triangle in my collection, so i decided to make a quickie to the mall, they didn't have any Tulips left, but there was a last piece of Jungle Love and i decided to just try it on to see how it ties as these colours are not typically i go for. Surprisingly, i loved how it looked on me, so it came home with me
so, i'm in the club!
the ribbon has 2024 on it, anything special this year?

Congrats, it's absolutely charming and such a versatile classic. I think the colours should be gorgeous on you. I hope it made up for the Tulips, or perhaps you still want one (? Me too).

Today I came to the shop in London in bond street and tried the other colour and is so much better. I’m still curious on the caramel. But they only had the navy and this one.

It's very hard when you can't see all the cws. I think this looks great though

Back I came home and decided to check online, and what do you think? It WAS available! Of course I clicked the BIN button without further ado! It arrived yesterday, and it's TOTAL LOVE!!!

I’ve just received Mille Fuilles de Soie in Vanille/ Rose/ Bleu (cw 03). I would normally not choose a warm toned base as my complexion is quite cool toned but I was intrigued because it has very cool toned pink, purple and blue highlights on one side that I love the look of. Having tried it on with a bright, cool-toned top, I think it works on me but seeking some input please - do you agree, or shall I just stick with the pink cw I purchased a few weeks ago? Thanks! I’ll play a bit more and try it with other colours such as navy and purple too.

I just received CSGT Coup de fouet chemise in 05 caramel/chocolat/roux. How to resist a cw with such a yummy name 😋

Although there are more spectacular designs (looking at you, Tulipomanie) I really love the colors on this one 🧡🤎. This really is a very versatile cw and design to me. I might be keeping this, we will see. Any thoughts are very welcome of course 😁 ( I still want a Tulipomanie though, if I can find a cw that works).

My wallet has a sinking feeling that this may be a keeping both situation.

Thank you so much for these extra shots, they are super helpful! I like it a lot with both purples actually and maybe a charcoal grey and soft yellow. Powder / denim blue even might also work. Very fun!

But does anyone have any intel on this design for available colorways?
I purchased cw 2 Framboise / Vert D'eau / Bleu as it was the only cw and only one left.


I have also seen the blue yellow red 04 online.


And on my research I see @Meta posted another cw on day one of the thread.

This base color with the striped hem is everything!

I do not look good in black. This was my attempt at diminishing its impact with a scarf and white cover on top. I think this one silk bandana might help me keep my black winter sweaters 🙏 because this color will be by my face.

Thank you, LKB! Actually, there was no "wow" factor for me here initially (I was even surprised - had to ask myself if I like it enough to keep it - lol). I think this is just a personal preference re: format. I guess I am so used to CSGMs, that one layer almost feels flimsy and not warm enough. I also like to wear CSGMs like traditional shawls over my shouders without knotting them, and I didn't find that particular look striking here... But cowboy knot is beautiful, indeed!
