Hi - I've been reading this thread for sometime and really appreciate all the knowledge I've gained. This, however, is my first time posting and I feel somewhat of a fraud as I have only a few scarves. I have two questions if I may and apologies if this is the wrong thread.

Has anyone seen colourway 08 (brown and dark blue) of the sous le charme d'orphee - the others all seem to be online (UK) but not this one and no-one seems to have mentioned it.

Also, I'm following on from earlier posts, I recently purchased the Tulipomanie GT in the natrel, coraile, multicolore as I wanted something a little brighter and cheerier than my normal 'durge' grey/brown/beige neutrals (which I love - see above!). I too am struggling on how to tie it so I don't just get the triangle point in the centre (bandana style), I'd like to be able to pull the colours round as the focal point. If it was a square I'd fold on the bias to make a long rectangle but I don't seem to get anywhere when I do this with the GT - am I doing something wrong? Many thanks.

Welcome @Szpp! We are all very happy to have you here 😊

Please don’t be shy and don’t feel like a fraud, we are here because we love the scarves, no matter if we have a lot of them, only a few, or even none at all 😋

I have not seen the Sous le Charme d’Orphee in that particular cw, but as other have mentioned, we never know if or when particular colour ways will show up.

Regarding your Tulipomanie, you chose a beautiful colourway! I have only tried the navy so far, and am waiting to try some other colourways. I do love triangles, and particularly love to fold them as I would fold a square on the bias, and then wrap around my neck twice. I found the Tulipomanie design tied particularly well that way ( at least to me).

I only have one badly lit photo, but I share it anyway in case it helps you. See you soon!

Absolutely beautiful choices @TankerToad -- many congratulations! We are twins on the scarf ring and sisters on the Milles Feuilles and the Jungle Love GT. I too bought a CSGM plissé from a season or two ago and it gets nothing but compliments and is a dream to wear!

Adorable as a gavroche @jenlee8751 -- I am eyeing it too even though I alreadu have the 90 and the twilly!!!

So very fabulous @Persimmon13 -- thank you so much for showing it and congratulations on both!!!

It is very beautiful @GloWW0rM -- I think you may have to keep both!!!

Oh, my goodness! This is perfection for you and so elegant and classic while still giving an updated modern vibe!! I am in trouble now! I just love this design (which I do not have) and I love the format and .... oh, well. Congratulations @redheaddem!!! It is a gorgeous choice.

Well, then, of course you had to order it!! Congratulations @ksuromax -- it is a beauty.

This looks so beautiful I cannot believe you have the willpower to send it back @Ashanti_Rose but your logic is unassailable and if the format doesn't work... but it does look amazing on you!

Thank you so much for your opinion in and kind words @LKBNOLA. I have decided to keep it and do not want to take it off 😊. I am sure there is a beautiful cw for you too… 😋

I happened to hop on us h.com and saw a scarf I hadn’t seen. Faubourg City 70. I ordered it. I’ll post pics.

But does anyone have any intel on this design for available colorways?
I purchased cw 2 Framboise / Vert D'eau / Bleu as it was the only cw and only one left.

I have also seen the blue yellow red 04 online.

And on my research I see @Meta posted another cw on day one of the thread.

this 70 looks really nice @Nomad! I would love to see some photos when it arrives 😍have not seen it anywhere myself…
I am twins with @LKBNOLA. I couldn’t resist this color. And it’s my first 55 bandana silk. ( I do have a csgm.)
This base color with the striped hem is everything!

I do not look good in black. This was my attempt at diminishing its impact with a scarf and white cover on top. I think this one silk bandana might help me keep my black winter sweaters 🙏 because this color will be by my face.

My favourite flower is tulip, and when I went to the store I was actually looking for the Tulipomania ones, but they had none, but when did this stop me? Lol
Back I came home and decided to check online, and what do you think? It WAS available! Of course I clicked the BIN button without further ado! It arrived yesterday, and it's TOTAL LOVE!!!
(Don't ya love that cute box?)

Stunning! Congratulations and thank you for sharing too! This is a cw I would love to try!

Following up from my post yesterday, I’ve now tried Mille Feuilles de Soie with a few different tops. The purple is too bright but I love it with the navy.

My wallet has a sinking feeling that this may be a keeping both situation.

I totally love the vanilla cw with your navy jumper @GloWW0rM 😍 so pretty!!

I can see that although the cw is a bit warmer then your beautiful pink, you can definitely pull it of!

Hi Scarf Friends,
Wanted to share a few shots of Tulipomanie in Marine CW in case anyone is interested:smile: I succumbed to the temptation and ordered it. However, I will be sending it back (uups). While it is beautiful, GT format is not my thing at all (this is my first triangle). I miss the volume and weight of CSGM, as well as the options that different corners provide for drapes/knots. I am happy I gave it a try though:smile:

the design and cw are beautiful on you @Ashanti_Rose 😍 But can totally understand that the format is not for you. hope one day they will make this design in a 140 CSGM 😊

Oh Red now you’ve done it :whiteflag:
Treating it like a cashmere 90 with folding it up with all those yummy floral colors up by the face. Now you’ve done it. This is brilliant! I’m so screwed now to this idea and my wallet having said to stop at just the one triangle
Now how do we get H to lower the cost for half the fabric of a 140

This colorway is beautiful and I have not seen it on any Hermes website, so it might only be available in boutiques. I love it!

Me too; I find the triangles useful as a cashmere option when I don't want a lot of fabric around my neck. The GMs work well over thicker sweaters and coats, but sometimes a thinner option over a shirt is just enough. I don't anticipate needing a full wardrobe of them, but a few in the pile are useful. This one is pretty classic, and if there were only to be one, this is a great choice, assuming the colors suit.
Eep, this is exactly the reason why I am so tempted by this one. If I could cull some from my collection that aren't doing anything for me I think I could pull the trigger more readily. I have never sold / parted with a scarf though and the one time I gifted one I regretted it later. I already have loads of cashmere, navy, contrast hems and florals though, so.. dilemma dilemma.

I have a few questions about this seasons offerings.

- Does anybody know if Forever scarves are coming for FW 24? Are they not a seasonal thing?

- Does anyone have some photos of the Sous le Charme d’Orphee shawl in the black and white cw? I do not believe we have seen that one yet?

Thank you!

Congratulations! It is spectacular

This is so fun. And am also loving it on the navy. It is the season of I may keep both for many of us haha

Sorry it didn’t work out. It looks so stunning on you though. I do think it feels kind of flimsy really. I’m not sure if it’s H’s product is thinner now compared to vintage or what. I guess also when we are used to the full 140 then it’s natural it would feel flimsy due to so much less fabric. I am a big girl too so the full 140 works much better on me, but for those petite ladies then I can see these triangles being perfect for their smaller frames.
This is also my first triangle to put around my neck. I am underwhelmed on quality and half the size for the price. If these were $650 I would be wayyyyy more on board. For this price I don’t really feel like it’s worth it for my wallet. However even with that said, I will have one triangle in collection and I have chosen this tulip because it’s stunning and I couldn’t even imagine a better mix of colors exists for me out there in future H lol
@Nomad , these are my exact feelings about the CSGT, although I may succumb to my first this season.

Hi @redheaddem I have that one and have some mod shots for you. I hope they're helpful. I like it quite well. Very elegant in the monochromatic format. I also have the blue / grey one which I adore. I'm keeping both but if I could only choose one, I like the blue more for its monochromatic feel, but with more depth / character.
