Thanks dear! I have three mini roulises (Vert Anglais, Fauve Barenia F, and Beton) and the DC in craie. I use the Mini Roulises for the bag that best suits my attire that day. The Mini Roulis is easiest to get in and out of. It is slightly thinner, but the pockets are great for daily orgamization. I don’t need an insert to protect the interior. I use the Beton for dressier occasions. I wear it either shoulder, shortened shoulder or in a pinch cross body when walking in he city.

the Craie DC is terrific for shopping, errands and lunches, and it fits me well for cross body wear. It holds slightly more, but I use small pouches to organize my calvi, keys and eyeglasses.

i use both styles though recently more the DC since it is a summery color, and the Barenia F mini Roulis the most! Hope this helps!

So can the strap be removed completely??

No I don’t believe the strap is removable. It is tucked inside the bag on the photo. Unless H changed the design recently, the initial design the strap is sewn in.

Depends on which size we are talking concerning the Halzan. H 31 - go for it!
If it is the little H vs DC : you have 3 different styles of how to wear the H, with DC it is what it is.
I like both ( waiting for a DC in red; have H in 31). Good luck!
