Hi all, I've been stalking a trim and was finally able to purchase it online!!!! Does that mean it's for sure coming to me? I ask because before I was able to place the order, it was giving me the "oops, no longer available" message when I pulled up the bag on my phone. Makes me wonder if I was somehow able to order an item that was already sold????

Did you get an order confirmation?
This happened to me with the Herbag (screen showing unavailable to order right after my order went through), and I got my email saying "order received" but not a confirmation. A few days later I got another email saying order confirmed. I know orders that "went through" can still be canceled, so I'd make sure to keep an eye out for the other email saying it's confirmed.

my Picotin order went through this morning as well… I got the order received email saying the order is being reviewed. Fingers crossed

Hmm, yes just an "order received" email. Fingers crossed!

Similar to other's replies... after finally making it through the 'check out' for the first time and receiving an "order received" email I had hoped my stress level would go down (I've been trying to secure a b-day present for my wife and I'm quickly running out of time...) but now I'm equally stressed checking my email for an actual order confirmation. After so many failed attempts it just seems too good to be true.

First world problems, I guess. ;)

When I've ordered from the website, it took 2-4 business days. What an amazing present for your wife's bday!
