Happy online shopping

I have been eyeing a few items that are sold out on the US and Canadian websites. I found them on the French Hermes site, so I'm wondering if I could buy them on that site to send to me in the US. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Don't you just love when it says you are able to "add to cart" only for it to give the "Oops no longer available" message T.T
Never seen the Kelly Wallet in Mauve Sylvestre before either.

It’s been up since yesterday and sold rather quickly. H has been slow with removing sold items for some reason.

As labelo stated above you cannot shop on international sites and ship to the US. Your options would be requesting a global search from your SA or using a parcel forwarding company

Which brings me to this question

also no one come for me, but…. In the maintaining an H relationship thread someone commented their SA could see their online purchases…in other threads I’ve read that is not always or typically the case.Has there been a system update? Have misunderstood? Or is it that online purchases can be seen but don’t count towards prespend(I assume the latter)

also, as a newer shopper could an online history show interest as you then begin your in store journey? (I travel for work on long term assignments so I’ve not been able to routinely visit my home store nor go in to pick up items or sign for them at my full time residence-so it’s been spotty on my spend with my SA)

anyway half maintaining a relationship/half h.com question..

cheers!!

They’ve always been able to see your online purchases on your in store profile but they will not help you with your in store relationship and will often hurt it. Best to buy strictly through your store SA.

Until recently, this thread was a way to talk about best practices of ordering on the website, order experiences or issues, etc.

Lately, the advice being given is how to manipulate website URLs while use automated refreshing techniques and other applications to get ahead of others and before it formally appears on the website for purchase.

The number of questions this thread is seeing about forwarding services to purchase on a website not local to your geographic locale has skyrocketed as well.

Just saying that type of advice is not in the spirit of how the brand wants their clients to shop on the website. Just purely my opinion.
