Happy online shopping

For an occasional item that is only available on another country’s H.com/stores, I find the best option is to engage a personal shopper who accepts a protected method of payment. You’ll pay a little bit more for it, but it’s usually a set %, so for a scarf it should be well worth it for the peace of mind.

Yeah, I've considered that...and may go that route. Thanks!

I haven’t used it yet but Ive heard “skypak” mentioned here on the forum. Try to search the thread on that text or close to it and see if anything come up? Maybe the poster might be of help?

Oh ok, thanks...I'll take a look!

Oookaaay... This is crazy. I put my cc in and I still got rejected

Sometimes it's the CC though. Ring your bank/lenders to check.

If a card has been tried too many times or is from another country etc and is flagged it may flag to h.com too so, not only may you have ask the CC co to take any stop on it off, but you may also have to write to h.com CS and ask them if they also have it flagged.

Good point! I'll call them to check. Thanks papertiger

I haven’t actually tried it myself but I thought that all H.com sites accept foreign credit cards, so I’m not exactly sure how it works to place an order
The only think I can answer on this is that some time ago I tried to order a calvi duo from the French site and got a message saying it couldn't be shipped to my country -I am in the UK and it wasn't an exotic-I was really bummed!

Ok yes that is different though. You can’t ship outside the country site but if you shop on UK H.com and are still shipping to a forwarding address in the UK, I think you could still be allowed to pay with a card linked to a foreign address.

Don't you just love when it says you are able to "add to cart" only for it to give the "Oops no longer available" message T.T
Never seen the Kelly Wallet in Mauve Sylvestre before either.
