Usually between 7:30-8:30/10:30-11:30 PT/ET. I have also seen afternoon drops in Thursdays and Fridays. Rarely any new stuff on weekends, but in a year of looking, I have seen a handful of Saturday drops. I don't check scarves specifically, but if it aligns with bag, rodeo, and jewelry drops, that's a pretty good indicator.
