It’s China’s version of Instagram. But pretty sure the services that were posted about on there apply to all H.com countries. And yes you can get the app in US App Store too.

Edit: for example one of the most famous / biggest update notification service shows that they got at least 14 orders placed by their users for US Hermes.com on July 6th
