I am SOOOO interested on how bots purchase bags. Like do resellers just set up programs to snag them early? And how do I get one of these bots for my personal use haha (JK, but really?!?).

Hemed blocked users for reason sometimes bc they realize bots are attacking H.com. I believe when the distribution center receive shipment, they scan the boxes then they release them as a batch time to time. But when they release the batch of new stock, there is always be a glitch that the webpage wont refresh immediately but they are there already so bots got them b4 they are lived. My way is you gotta SEARCH and I find the bags that you wont find just refreshing the page. Here they are what I found. They were almost gone when I found but I was able to check out P18 Cypress.

It really should be easier...I wish they would hold the item for the first person who adds to cart...they should be given 2-3 minutes to checkout AND throw in the puzzles to prove you're human. If a bot adds to cart...they will fail the puzzle test (I hope!) and item should be released to "humankind".

It was so much simpler to shop via H.com until 2020. I used to have to browse frequently but success was attainable...

I'm so confused. I got "blocked" from H.com. I've never made a single purchase through the website, as I purchase everything through my local boutique/SA, but I do browse a fair bit to pull reference numbers for my SA.
I guess it thinks I'm a robot -- maybe not that but I am definitely a shopaholic :giggle: Maybe this is H's way of sending me to ban island or something?

It just seems unfair for west coast folks if bags are dropping at 10 am ET, for example, then it would be 7 am PT. That's really early for shopping! Or maybe I should count my blessings that there's potentially less competition for me :angel:

How late do they update inventory, does anyone know? I think the latest that I've noticed is around 4 pm ET.

Exactly. Refresh your cookies and wait for a bit and it will go away. My longest ever was a day.

Yesterday they dropped last batch around 4.30 pm. The distribution center is in New Jersy. The main office is in NYC manhattan so they just do EST.

Yes that is what they do. And you kid but as a matter of fact yes you can purchase some services…the more common one is an “updater” service that sends you an email when a bag you want has become available on the website and you can directly click the link in the email to go and start check out. The rarer one of actually helping you add to cart I’ve seen less of but have saw it advertised once or twice. These services are advertised on social media apps such as RED.
