How do they deem your address to be the same as another account that's not yours? I get people live in condo but then the floor and unit # are still different...

Ah...make sense why they cancelled it then. They've been cracking down on resellers from oversee that also use this type of work addresses to place orders through the US/EU website. Sadly they probably think you're one of them, may start using a residential address next time and then arrange with the shipping carrier for scheduled/special pick up.My work address where obviously I am not the sole employee...

I read that 10 am eastern time USA, 3 pm and 6 pm. Sure enough! I checked around 3 pm and 1 size 37 women was there and I added to cart. Was in disbelief till it got delivered.I think we all want to know that. I usually check several times a day. Very rarely do I see women's Chypres. Most of the time, the mens are available is very large sizes, especially the shearling. I've been trying to score Chypres for months. My SA says more will become available bc they decided to make them permanent.

How annoying! I also purchased 3 in the same day, two different colors and one in a size down in case they don’t fit in the bigger size. They cancelled my 3rd one because of quotas, which I have no issue with. However my mom ordered a pair for herself a day later and they cancelled it(we live together and share the same address). After a long phone call with customer service, they said it counts as the same account. Makes no sense to me.So to follow up, my order was cancelled... Yes I did order 2 colour ways but there shouldn't have been a problem. Except they said that there was another account with same delivery address placing similar order so they cancelled mine (not theirs!)
She tried to give me all kinds of excuses why my order was cancelled, amongst which the fact you can order only 2 Chypre per season (I had only ordered a pair for hubby recently which doesn't count towards that ridiculous quota) ...
In the end she ran out of excuses and said I should place another order with another delivery address!!! To which I replied they are now sold out.. anyway. there goes...
Absolutely!! Those are the times I was told the website updates inventory.Me: Setting reminders in Outlook. Thanks for the heads up!!!

EU! When my mom called to ask to why HER order was cancelled, the guy on the line was particularly rude about it too. When she said that the previous shoes were not ordered by her, he replied with “It’s all the same to me.”US website? or EU?

Did you manage to snag yours?Size 39 in black available on US site now.
No. I need a 41 I think. I keep hearing the sizing is off and to go up a size. If I see a 40 I'll snag them. I'm a 40 in loafers (which are slightly big), and 41 in Orans. I have the weirdest foot. It just depends how they are made. I returned the mens leather/shearling in the 40/41 because they were way too big. SMH.Did you manage to snag yours?
I heard you need to size up. Honestly not the case for me. I wear 38 Paris loafer Orans are weird I have 36.5 and 37 and 37.5 depending on leather exotic epsom or calf. Both my Chypre were 37 and perfect perfect perfect. I have the leather Rose Sorbet forgot which leather it is and studded black one. So I say sizing down a size is a safe bet. Mind you I have a very very high arch but my foot is NOT wide.No. I need a 41 I think. I keep hearing the sizing is off and to go up a size. If I see a 40 I'll snag them. Ok, ok. This is good. I size up in ALL shoes because of my instep, not the length and not the width so much. Although I have an annoying bunion on one foot that I size up for as well. Like I said, I'm weird. So maybe I can do a 39.5/40 in chypre? Because the strap is adjustable, maybe I can get away with my usual size. I'm a size 9.I heard you need to size up.
