I have the leather version from July 2021 & they are wide on my not narrow but not wide feet. I've read that the newer versions are more TTS. The shearling version I received today is TTS as well (same size I take in Orans & loafers).

Perfect sizing. Adjust the top strap if you feel it’s too tight or loose

Personally, I think you’re better off in either up a half or full size. Im a 42 in all shoes. I got them in 42.5 and they looked exactly how your feet look. 43 are perfect for me. You want a little room at the heel. Your heels looks like they’re sitting on the round top edge. That’s how mine looked in 42.5

I’ve come to the conclusion, that the insole is leather, too. I can only imagine what these will look like in 5 years.
