So just sharing my experience incase it can help anyone. I got online the Chypre with the shearling sole in men size. The lenght was good, but they were suuuper wide. So wide it couldn’t hold my foot. I tried tightening them with the velcro strap but even at the tightest it didnt hold well and the tip of the velcro strap was now sticking out. Not cute.
So, I will only buy on the women side from now on. Super disappointed.

I’ve been wanting Chypres for a while now and waiting for my local boutique to get them in. My SA said that they are soon going to be as frequent as the orans! Not sure if this is news but i’m so happy because they are so hard to find and look so comfy and i would love them in a few colors.

I heard this too. I don’t know why but I actually like that they’re more exclusive and hard to get hold of. It means you don’t see everyone wearing them. It is really annoying when you can’t get hold of your size or the colour you want though.

I had the same experience. Had to return the shearling ones. I was so disappointed. I told my SA only women's.

Was able to get the fuzzy chypre in bois de santal. They’re .5 size smaller than my orans. Anyone have any advice on this? I’m hoping since they seem wider it’ll work. The chypre sizing is my tts.

I also bought the shearling Chypre in Bois de Santal in two sizes. .5 size larger and 1 full size larger than my Orans. I would say that both are too big and I would have been able to fit my tts Orans. My feet are narrow. I hope you get yours soon!
