Mindi, you've been having quite a day! I find vodka and online shopping to be very therapeudic. In fact, I think it helped me get over my pneumonia last month.

Pugsy, I have bought so many shoes recently. And Restricter and CG have my "buy" finger hovering over the uggs on Zappos. I need another pair of boots like a hole in the head. I have to say (sorry) that I love that AMCQ scarf.

B'mom, any decision re VCA vs Cartier? I just got a huge envelope from VCA and am afraid to look at another catalog of gorgy things.

Mindi, I was raised by the worry queen. She transmitted so many of her worrywart habits to me. I have to really fight it. Especially when trying to fall asleep or opening my eyes in the morning. She worries when I go anywhere. I never tell her any potential problems. As she gets older, I find it increasing -- seems like she has free floating anxiety that is looking for something to latch onto. It makes me sad because I know she is suffering with it.

Nothing new here. Collin keeps us hopping and I'm busy learning my new job. Last weekend I didn't leave the house, yet spent too much. Darn online shopping! Now I have boxes to look forward to!!

Winky is getting chemo right now

Um... It turns out we're not starting chemo today.


The vet did two tests of her own and she is not comfortable calling it cancer at this stage. So we're doing more tests, with the possibility that what he has is an infection. Or it's extremely early stage cancer.

I just spent $100 at Omaha Steaks on filet mignon... Well, I guess we'll have a cautiously optimistic celebration tonight.

Great news! I will be thinking positive for Winky that it is "just" an infection!

Mindi, just repeat my mantra whenever you feel the urge to strike people down (yeah, I was totally going "Star Wars" there); 'It's a felony, it's a felony....it's...a...felony' I'm fairly certain it's saved many a rude SA/boss/co-worker over the years.

No new pics of the crochet tank today. I caught up on some housework and then over-spent at Target. I found all kinds of loot for my nieces and nephews. Bad, ATG! I'll try to take new ones tomorrow.

Srsly, who requested the tank? I cannot remember!!
