There is a combo Taco Bell/KFC drive thru on the way home from the vet's office... :thinkin:

OK, just got off the phone with the vet. The guy that did that ultrasound is leaning towards lymphoma but Winky can also have an infection or inflammation. Given that Winky has been killed with cancer twice already in the past 12 months, I don't think it's lymphoma. I think it's either an infection, since he's prone to them or inflammation from his horrible eating habits (starving himself rather than eat the organic cat food and waiting for me to come home and feed him chicken).

Seems to me Winky deserves a Taco Bell chicken quesadilla for his troubles today.

Was back at work today. My new year's resolution is to go to bed early. Tonight I am going at 10 am. Last night I went at 12:45 am, uuugh!!!!! So I was exhausted at work.

They did a biopsy/aspiration thingie and sent it off to a lab so I should have a diagnosis by Thursday or Friday. I have no doubt it's an infection or inflammation.

Time to take down the christmas decorations now.

I love christmas decorations, but I really hate those decorations being up when christmas is over and I'm back at work. It just makes it so depressing that I have to wait another year!!

Avril - what about decorating for other holidays? When I had my small apartment, I'd hang up a few cute decorations around the place for each holiday. It made the place much cheerier. I stopped but maybe it's time to start again.

BTW, thanks for the vibes. Winky appreciates them.

I think the UK price increase is directly related to higher VAT. YAY non-european countries!

Not sure, but UK and Paris both had increases, so I am assuming that the increase happened here too this week since we are in € too.
