Hi Everyone!!!

I just wanted to stop by to say HELLO. I haven't had anytime to visit due to a big case I'm working on at work which has taken over my life. Hopefully, soon things will go back to normal.

I also wanted to tell you that my sister had her surgery recently and it went well. The good news is she doesn't have cancer!!!! I was so worried that she did.


I miss chatting with you all and hope you all are well.

Mree, that is wonderful news! So happy for you both.
restricter, a tarp is an excellent idea. Either that, or I am thinking of laminating Henry himself. He obviously still had an upset tummy this morning, since he ate a lot of grass, ate breakfast, threw up, reingested, threw up again, and has now eaten most of the paper towel I was trying to use to clean up. So I gave him some hydrogen peroxide to clear out the paper towel, and that, of course, didn't work. I. Give. Up. He is hopping around with his tail in the air, happy as can be.

ETA: Unless he collapses in the next 30 minutes, he is going to doggy daycare today to run around on his more-or-less empty tummy and work off some of the excess energy that no doubt drives his eating habits. And Olive and I are taking a mental health break for the afternoon.

ck, somehow, I sort of know how you feel re the single momhood. DH left for a business trip last night. Trigger Henry H-e-double toothpicks. DH asks only that Henry still be alive when he returns home. Then we can take turns punishing him (kidding, kidding).

Mindi, Guinness must have gotten the memo that today was "eat stuff you shouldn't and then herk (or pee, in HenHen's case) all over the place while mom is distracted" day. The culprit this time was the bathroom trashcan, while I was distracted with a yogurt covered child, in the kitchen. She had the presence of mind to wait till after she ate breakfast and drank a bowl of water, so the herking was as impressive as possible, and not just one pile. What a great day! Must buy tarps to line my house...just hose everything down when you need to

I asked the dog trainer (as we watched Henry goofing around, completely unable or unwilling to focus on the lesson): "Is this dog mentally deficient?" And the trainer said, "He's a puppy. And a BOY."

LOL, Lala! OB, not that I am at all pleased at Guinness's behavior, but it did make me feel less alone. I swear, I am waiting for DPS (Dog Protective Services) to show up and say, "Clearly you are neglecting this poor dog! How else could he manage to ingest so much not-food?" Sometimes Henry is just a step ahead of me the whole day. I'm gonna put him out by the roadside with a sign: "Free to good home: Boy puppy." Or Olive will.
