He is that. And we do love him. He's totally whackadoodle, but we love him. Henry and DH might say the same about me.

I have been SO busy moving out of the old house. Thinking DD was staying there, I did not really prepare for an exodus...but she is moving out as well, and we have renters coming in, so it got really serious really fast. 15 years there. The move has been REALLY difficult in a lot of ways.
I think I have two days of cleaning and then we are finished.
The renters are good friends, but the new lady of the house has dust allergies. And the house has basically been a teen hangout for 8 months, so its a bit of a mess.
I wanted to check in and say hi though!! HI!!!

Hey, Lala! Sorry to hear that you got the evil virus. Is the Cap'n recovered and back to school?
Mindi, thank goodness for Pepto, huh? It sucks that he vomited up the hypoallergenic food, because I think it's going to turn out to be a food allergy/intolerance, just judging from how frustrating it's been to get his GI system normal. But there's other brands of hypoallergenic diets to try, not that they are any more appetizing than the cereal-ish one you tried, but you never know. My dog has been on Royal Canin Hypoallergenic since she was a few years old. If your vet really feels that he needs to be on a hypoallergenic diet, I'd be happy to send you a big ziplock full so that you can try it out before paying an arm and a leg for a full bag. Yea, they ain't cheap, these diets.

OMG, RC is soooo expensive! Of course, it is the only food that the cats won't throw up so we bite the bullet and keep an eye out for Petco coupons in the mail, but SHEESH!

Didn't think of Bing, but I got a good deal on Continental, OC -> NY non-stop, so I'm happy.

It could, of course, have been one of the other three million non-food items that Henry ate that day that made him sick, but he's been doing the non-food thing all week and that was the ONLY day he was sick, so I'm thinking it was the new kibble.
And on a self-pitying note, my mouf huwts. Ow.

Jupiter still does it, too. managed to eat the best part of a small room fan that was left out to send to goodwill. I guess it was yummy.
Thanks for the good wishes...yes, its a lot to move and clean. And we have not been able to get a cleaning service in so I am doing the bulk of it, which is a drag. And I get sentimental on top of that. Whadda mess!! But, almost over....
