Avril,

Look at the Froggy reveal below the sticky. I warn you. It's 400 pages long, but it is NOT to be missed. There are some truly unbelievable bags shown there. All owned by one lucky woman. She has not posted in years. I hope she's OK and living her wonderful life.

EB-I am due to post a new Collin pic. I will ask him which one he would like to share with his chat aunties!!

Avril--Good luck with the training! I've completed a few marathons and I recommend it as a life experience. It is one of the most empowering things ever!

I am in awe of anyone who trains for, runs, runs part of, or thinks about running a marathon. I think it would empower me right into an early grave. New task for Chat Peeps: Think of a 2011 life experience for Mindi that doesn't involve running. It can, but need not, involve: drinking, shopping, complaining, television viewing, dining out, dining in on something I didn't cook, and, um, cleaning. Ready, steady, GO!

An outward bound course! I've only done one, but it was a great experience! You find an inner strength you didn't know you had (at least I didn't know...).

Mindi, I'm thinking of taking up yoga again after 8 years. Can you coach me in the finer arts of getting my leg behind my head? I'm leaning towards hot yoga, at least while it's still so danged cold outside...

Other thoughts...
There is a reputable dog-sledding company (Wintergreen) in Northern, MN. I've always wanted to do an expedition. (If you go, I would do it with you, k?)

The other thing I've wanted to do is go with Teri (sp?) Crisp's group or a similar organization that responds to disasters to help the animals. I wanted t go during Katrina, but I was teaching at the time and couldn't leave mid-semester.

Swing dancing? Candy making classes? Ice skating? Um, that may be too close to running, although you sure do get where you're going a lot faster!

Bmom, props to you for considering hot yoga! I do Bikram yoga every day during the summer, just getting DD in and out of the car seat in 100 degree heat

Standing by for cute Collin pictures...

Collin pics coming tomorrow. Can't post from my phone!

100 degrees and car seat wrestling--ish. Though it isn't much better in below zero temps, except that I'm noy sweaty when I'm done. In fact, my cheeks have a nice (frostbitten) glow. Maybe the cold weather isn't all bad!

How about an indoors bound at Bergdorfs.

We could do a marathon. Buy something lovely from each floor. Are you up to the challenge???? Though I would probably buy 7 airs of shooz. They have the best shooz in the world. Need Pugsy.

I'd love to do another Wow. Stay at the Waldorf....

Just an idea.

By George, I've got it!!!!

A Shopping Tsunami Wow -- scheduled to coincide with the H sale in March. All that yoga is good preparation for the patience you'll need to wait in line. From there, we eat our way across Manhattan! And cap it off with Bergdorfs.

Any takers?

Thanks OB! My GF and I are signed up for a special yoga lesson with a visiting teacher we follow at the end of the month for my BD and I need to at least be a little in shape or it will kill me:p. I figured hot would be a better jump start (and safer) than regular....

I don't think even life-long yogis have THAT much patience, I KNOW I don't!:p

Depending on the time frame...Emphatic yes!!!

(My Dad's and DH's b-days fall in March). Those would be the potential hindrances.

H sale falls during the third week in March and starts on a Wednesday. I think the private sale falls on Tuesday. By that time, the days will be longer and the weather will be so much better (I hope).

Jinjy is already rubbing his paws in anticipation.
