As far as I know Constances have never been quota bags in London and not necessarily for the wish list either. I was given to understand that
they only take wishes for Birkins or Kellys and Constances are under non-quota allowance which was 2 a year per account. This was confirmed for me late last year.
Harrod's womenswear has offered me bags previously, but I think they have less inventory compared to downstairs.I placed my wishlist in October for a Constance and at some point I even hesitated to change to a kili and my SA told me it would restart my wishlist
Can anyone else confirm this??Hopefully u should get your wish fulfilled within 3 months as that seems to be the target time frame set to get all C wishes fulfilled.
If it's true then I really hope soHopefully u should get your wish fulfilled within 3 months as that seems to be the target time frame set to get all C wishes fulfilled.

Thank you so much for your input, thats very useful information. My SA would've definitely told me if the Constance didn't need to be put on a wishlist. This is also my understanding that Constances are no longer part of the wish list. This is a recent change. (I don’t have a Constance on my wish list at the moment so I’m not sure if H will try to fulfill requests within the next 3 months).
My understanding is that previously you had to put down a request for a C on your wishlist but it was not part of your quota for a B/K in the year.
I think each store does have some discretion. It appears to me that CP enforces the wishlist system. I have previously had a wish “fulfilled” where I requested for a neutral bag in B25/30 and they matched me up to a Béton which I declined and a Trench which I also declined.
I think SAs can mention to SMs/Bag Specialists that you are a good client and that you are interested in x,y so if a bag comes in those specs it might bump you up in the wishlist.
But to be honest it’s all very mysterious, I think the key thing is try and maintain a good relationship with your SA (and not just through purchases but just through frequent visits to see what’s new etc.). And hopefully through a good relationship and they can see you are a genuine fan of H that they (the store/SA) will help you to fulfil your wish. Hope this helps!
This is really interesting. Will also check with my SA next time I visit as I’m considering a C if my K wish ever gets fulfilled.I went to NBS yesterday and was told that Constance can no longer be placed on wish list only B and K will be placed on the wish lists and that they intend to fulfill the wishes of anyone that already has c on their wish list within 3 months. So not sure if this applies to just NBS or all the London boutiques.
In the meantime has anyone been offered a bag at NBS
Hi, sorry, I've just seen this. I waited around 8/9 months.Hello, please how long did you have the Constance on your wish list for?
I would guess that they will continue with wish lists till the lottery system will be ready and then they will probably cancel all wish lists and tell customers to try lotteryHmmm I was in NBS yesterday, and I definitely saw what I thought was an individual working on their wishlist in the leather department - they had a box of leather samples and were discussing with the SA. Could have been an SO but I would have expected that to have been done privately rather than in full view.
It's a bit of shame for locals who regurlary shop. Now people from various places will just get appointments and get bags before us. My SA is away so still can't confirm.I would guess that they will continue with wish lists till the lottery system will be ready and then they will probably cancel all wish lists and tell customers to try lottery
Agree 100%. It feels like our spending towards a QB is for nothing, if everything is based on a lucky dip. And less bags for us locals too…It's a bit of shame for locals who regurlary shop. London yes has high demand, but it's also much smaller city. And would this mean that the appointment be on only one of the stores??
