Hello, just moved back to London after working abroad for 12 years and would like to start my H journey here. May I ask if I could just approach a SA in store to start a wish list or do I need to have prior spending? Thank you.

I got told Kelly to go is not a wish list item. It’s if they have it in store they can offer you it

i would like to say some of the staff members at london bond street store are RUDE!!!! has anyone else felt this way?

i chose a twilly for my birkin and got told it is DISGUSTING. i was like excuse me. i feel i should be putting an official complaint in urgh

Gosh that IS a bit harsh to say the least..I cant believe the SA actually used that word!
Wow! Did he/she offer an alternative suggestion?
Did you question them on their strong opinion? (I would have)
Personally Bond st is my least favourite store I used to love it there but then my SA left, team changed and I found it challenging to shop there and get good service.

Herbag are usually available. You could get it if its in the store.

Not the boutiques, but the UK Hermes website at the moment has the 24/24-35 Bag, which I haven't seen on there in aaaages. (Only in Noir black).

Just walk into Hermes boutiques today in New Bond Street, Selfridges and Harrods and unfortunately no Herbags were available. They said the waiting list system in NBS is no longer in place, do you think that is true?

Hermes will be launching the Jubilee scarf, a variation on Voitures Exquises,in mid-May as part of the Royal Windsor Horse Show. Per my SA, 500 will be made and sold at the show, UK stores, and Hermes.com.

I was encouraged by an SA at a diff store last month to open a wishlist with her once mine renews this summer. To my understanding they close wishlists when they have too many requests and cannot accommodate for a period of time. It will open again.
