In my experience, SAs don't typically like to have their details shared. The whole process of establishing a relationship and finding a favourite SA is by trial and error and is very much subjective. I recommend you go try find one who works for you next time you are looking for something specific. I personally had a great experience at NBS so it shouldn't be too difficult. May I ask if SLGs like wallets count towards spending in the Uk? Cause in Asian countries they dont. Thanks
From what I understand, there is no Count or Doesn’t Count rule in the UK. But I am not sure about non-quota bags though. Like picotin or Lindy.
There are definitely more favourable items (like watches or fine jewellery). But I always think when the store manager in the UK pull out your file, he/she isn’t gonna take a calculator out and start doing the calculation and excluding “don’t count” items. Sadly, I know this is what is happening in Asia..
To those who have been lucky enough to have 2 wish lists fulfilled, how far apart were they? Did you make the second wish list as soon as your first was fulfilled? How long did it take to get the second fulfilled? Thank you in advance!

My SA has essentially found every request I had, bags and otherwise and surprised me with some offers for Christmas. There are a few orange boxes waiting under the tree.
I got my K25 today, my WL was just about to end and we had spent 1:1 as well this year! A lovely early Christmas present.
