I think, if they have it in stock and it is not reserved, and you are lucky, you will get it on the spot. At least this is how I managed to score my Birkin in July.... but as I am not fun of small Birkin, mine is 35, so I consider it as a pure luck. I am usually not even shop in that store, so did not have a regular SA till then in there.
Good luck in December!
I still have a hope to add Kelly this year with my regular SA

thanks ：）it should be plenty for me as I thought they also only limit the size or leather as well, which literally the possibility to get the exact combination is very low.

I was at Cadogan Place today. I had an appointment but they were letting people without appointments in as long as there was a free SA. Hand sani on entry, mask on. There was a point where there was not much social distancing on the ground floor, because the clients from upstairs came down, but this just for a short time. I must say, the SA who helped me here was much friendlier than the one at Bond St. I think I will stick with this new one. In general, Cadogan really seems less stuffy than Bond St, but it also seems smaller in terms of space?

Hi everyone. I ventured out today. Did not have an appointment. Assigned a random SA at Bond Street who wasn’t particularly friendly or helpful - they also didn’t have stock of anything I asked for. Seemed they were really running low on sizes. It was also really busy. Went to Harrods where the SA was much more helpful! Came back with some lovely items and put in my wish ☺️

So glad to hear your expereince. I am trying to book an appointment over the phone but they seemed that they could not do it. Wondering that whether you directly email your SA? How long you were waiting for in the queue?

Thank you for sharing your experience. I usually shop at Bond Street. However, I do wish to meet my SAs. Wondering that how long about the waiting time was? What time you visited?

Hi! I called them on Thursday to make yesterday’s appointment. Were you able to speak with someone over the phone? I waited for maybe 5 minutes before I was able to speak to someone but they were able to book the appointment quickly. With the store itself, there’s no queue if you have an appointment.

Thanks for sharing:) I called them on Tuesday and Wednesday, that time they told me they could not really confirm the time that when I wanted to visit (mid-December) as the SA rota didn’t not confirmed and the booking appointment was not sure. I guess Thursday they were confirmed :) lucky you~ I will try to make another call on early next week. Thank you so much! It really helps me a lot.

The waiting time outside was about 15 mins so was not too bad. Also, when I went in a different SA said that they had so many customers come in and ask for products that they didn’t have and he felt so bad because people had queued for up to 1 hour outside. I would have been disappointed if I had waited an hour. I visited at 5.30pm so was definitely quieter than during the day!

Ah yes, it’s probably the SA rota. The SA at Cadogan did mention that they had a few Harrods SAs over until end of December. Good luck @Marylu1991 ! I’m sure you’ll be able to book an appointment now :smile:

Thank you so much for sharing :))) yes, I probably will visit at afternoon time, probably similar time. I guess people coming were looking for B/K/C or other popular bags I can imagine lol the main purpose that I want is to place a WISH. Of course to ask their stocks but I can imagine (by my toes) that there will tell me that ‘no darling today we have nothing’
