I am interested in ordering too, how can i order? i don't have any SA.
Thanks.
can I ask,do you shop a lot of things like scaf or watch there?Hi Ladies,
I am new here, and I regularly take a look at the forum for entertaining, but since I'm from Québec, Canada, I think I could give you a piece of advice.
My name is William, and I am a student. My best friend (which is a student as well) and I enjoy going out shopping in Montreal once in a while.
The last three times we went to Hermès, over a period of six months, we have been able to look at different Birkin handbags. They were not always on the shelves, but the SA was extremely kind and got them out for us upon request. The first time it was a blue mykonos (I think) matte croc on the shelf. The second time, it was a 35cm Veronese Togo with PH, and the last time, a 40 cm Veronese Togo with GH.
I will have to be deadly honest here. I've been reading multiple threads on how people should act to score a Birkin, as it seems almost impossible without spending astronomical amounts routinely. The thing is: we are both students in the health domain. We never played any game. We never tried to trick anyone into thinking we were heirs or billionaire kids. We were simply humble, honest about our lives and interest for the lifestyle conveyed by Hermes, and how we were fascinated by the brand both for its pedigree and the products themselves. And had my friend (she is a Radiology Resident) decided to get either one of the Veronese Birkins (she almost did actually), the SA would have simply let us leave with the bag. Upon our first lenghty encounter that is.
I did not want to seem Off topic here, but this little intro was to get to this point: It seems like they might have Birkins in Montreal once in a while. They will certainly not be on the shelves all the time, but they DO have bags on what seems to be a regular basis. The amazing SA my friend and I had the chance to talk to extensively is called Luc. He is a slender middle-aged man with impeccable manners yet down-to-earth, passionnate approach. I however can't say the same for some other male SAs over there in Montreal.
If you have the chance to go to the Montreal store once in a while, I can tell you from my experience that some interested conversation about the products and a healthy dose of modesty can easily get you a Birkin straight from the backstore. I guess that since Montreal is nowhere near New York or Toronto when it comes to sales volume, they tend not to sell Birkins as quickly as it would do in those other locations.
I hope it helped a bit![]()

For Calgary store, they won't take anyone on waitlist or offering Birkin unless you have spent $5000.00 in the Store!
Did your SA actually telly you this?

ITA...Thats completely erroneous information that you have to spend $5000. They will also mail items out within Canada, I am assuming with great discretion. They are very very helpful and wonderful SA's in Calgary Hermes as well.Did your SA actually telly you this?
