What's the difference between birkin and HAC? I checked pics; I just can not find any difference between these 2. I am new to HErmes; pls help me to understand. Thank you so much in advance.

The HAC is taller with shorter handles. 32 being the most popular size (I think). Birkins come in 25, 30, 35 and 40, HAC 28(?) 32, 36 and bigger. It´s the original Hermès bag.

I recently purchased my first Kelly, Prune Box 25 phw L stamp, brand new! There is a lot of veining on the front panel, very uniform though. Is this normal for box? Is it something you would stray away from? I'm fairly new to H and couldn't find my answer after searching for days on TPF.

Ladies, I was wondering because I have never noticed before, but the hardware at the end of the straps on the Birkin, that u attach to the turnlock to close the bag, are those little hardware plates glued onto the strap or are they just screwed in on each side of the plate? Thank you!
