Yes yes hopefully

Awesome! Please PM me when you know!

Hermes scarf sale is held at Toronto's Convention Centre is from May 14th to 15th, and they offer it every few years. I've read in the Toronto chat that during the previous sales, scarves were 30-50% off, but they were from past two to four seasons. I think I'll skip Toronto's sale and extend my Euro trip to attend the sale in Paris! I'll be lining up overnight, so let me know if you would like to line up together.

I'm debating if I should go or skip... I've traveled to Paris in Jan for H sale but did not go after horrible reviews. On a different note, I did find a really nice Monclear ski jacket and pants for my annual trip to Beaver Creek & Vail, and really good sale at Chanel. That said, I know some Tpfers had successful shopping trips in the summer.
Hmm... [emoji848]contemplating.

If there's other summer sales going on at the same time, it's certainly worth entertaining. I agree - the reviews from the January H sale were awful! Glad I skipped out on it... =/

I’m going for my 6th sale - basically out of a new addiction to silk/cashmere 140s as well as the chance to get lucky on shoes and homewares (and an excuse to run off to Paris for a few days). With the resellers firmly in control at the recent sales it’s just not as much fun as it used to be. Summer sale doesn’t have jewellery which is a bummer on the one hand but a blessing on the other as at least that means no dreaded jewellery queue which historically has been its own stage of Hell. Peeps, please feel free to DM me if you want to meet up, I have met some lovely people at the sale and those waters are shark-infested, especially for newbies.

Hi David, can I please ask what time you plan to get there? I'm from Australia (a long way from Paris) and have travelled to Paris several times, but never fortunate enough to catch any of the sale dates as I always book my trips many months in advance. I'll be in Paris for 10 days in June this year and lucky me, the dates coincide with my trip. Have read horrible reviews of the January sale. Would love your advice and input since you've been to the sales several times. Would going on the second day be better (less queueing)? I love a good bargain but not sure I would want to waste a day in my favourite city in the world in a queue. Would love to have a lovely story on how I added to my carré collection at the vente privée in Paris though :)
Thanking you in advance.

Sorry, please tell me more about this Chanel sale!! I didn't know they went on sale and would love to stop buying full retail price! TIA :)

Came back from the Toronto sale yesterday and it was pretty amazing!! Scarves were at least 50% off. Some other items were even more.

Thank you!! Now I have to decide if I should go to Paris for the Hermes or Chanel sale! Too bad they're at different times

You might check whether there will be a sale at the Chanel stores this summer. Some say there won't be, although some say that department stores will have one this summer but changes will come next year. IDK for sure.

Are Chanel sales open to everyone or just good clients? [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] I’m wondering because the above posts imply they have the same protocol as Hermès for sales. Just wondering. [emoji854]
