I've been thinking I want a black roulis 23, but this black 2002 is very chic looking.
Tough choice between the two, both are nice
Roulis 23 is slightly bigger in terms of size and capacity.
Also I think roulis 23 would have white stitching, is this something you want?

The white stitching is definitely a plus. My very first SO B is black with white stitching. Love it. I think the 2002 is a bit dressier.

do you have a roulis or constance alrdy?
I think the 2002 if a flatter bag IIRC which made it impossible to fit my sunglasses in their case inside the bag without an odd bulge. I had to pass on it even though I really like how the bag looks empty.

Is the 2002-20 bag only available in Evergrain?
Evergrain scratches rather easily, how does the bag look after a while of using? Are the scratches annoying or does it give the bag some character?

IMO both have very similar asthetics and are CLASSIC style. It's just that C has been around for ages and more recognisable as oppose to 2002. Go with what your heart desires, both are a win-win. Gd Luck!
My first 2002 - 20. I’d been debating whether or not I liked the 2002. I wasn’t sure if I liked the look of the chunky H clasp. But I find this clasp easier to use than that of the C or the Mosaique. And I love the outside back pocket for my phone. So I finally brought this baby home

That color is to die for! I'm thinking about getting a black or red leather one this Wednesday as a present to myself. I actually like it better than the Constance.

I will! I'm going to try to go to the store when they open on Wednesday when my SA is working and not late at night--I thought about going this past weekend but I know there were a ton of people at the shopping center. I don't like the price, but I really love the look and the back pocket really does it for me. At first I didn't love the slightly off proportion (at least to me) with the top flap being a lot longer than one would expect, but that's kind of what makes me give it more glances and it's intriguing. I also like that it's less flashy since I work in an industry where I'm expected to dress well, but showing off a lot of logos is unseemly.
Do you mind if I ask you if your SA offered you your bag or was it available for purchase as a display at the store?
It was available for purchase at the store. It was in one of the display cases when I walked in.

I got the 20 inch 2002 bag in black! The store had a display and I didn't mind waiting so my SA is ordering me a new one. I also got the orange mini bag charm ordered since the store ran out. I'll post pictures when I get it! I'm traveling for the holidays but my SA told me they can hold it for me for a month. So excited to be part of the H club! I really love the shape and hardware and I think I'll get a lot of use out of it.
