Sorry for being debby downer here (as I am sorry you are going through this) but am I the only one that finds this weird that you got the first purse (defective one) - then instead of waiting for it to be returned or LV to fix it, you just bought another of the exact purse? I personally would never feel comfortable buying a second item until I know for certain if they would fix the one I already purchased or offer you an exchange??
When I brought it to the store for a refund , I was told the vachetta is a factory defect and they cannot refund it but I have to return it online . Having them reviewed it , I was confident that I will be refunded . So I got a replacement at the store instead , that way I was able to inspect it myself . It is just a matter of trust since my intentions are clear . But I learned my lesson the hard way.
