Good news ladies !!!! Just got a call from LV online and I was advised to bring the pouchette metis to the store to the team leader who helped me and I will be refunded!!!!!! Thank God!!! I am an honest customer and I am grateful they saw that . Thank you to all of you for your inputs and for wishing me luck ! 💖😍

Yes purchasing a new one at the store truly helped !!! I talked to the team leader who helped me and that was what she told me . It strengthened my credibility that's why she had convinced the online shop for my refund 😄!!! I went to the store this afternoon for my refund and got this to go for my pouchette metis ! Oh wow! I have never liked the idea of buying online..
I would go to a difference LV store and try to return..
This situation really sucks.. I'm so sorry.


The beauty of buying online is that the items come from the warehouse where no hands/ customers have touched the item. I've had the best experience online and on the contrary poor experience in the two boutiques that are within 20 mins. from my home. I do agree this particular situation is not the norm.

Think again... Many girls have gotten used dirty bags when ordering on online..
One even had a hair clip in the pocket. Gross!
 
I am glad it worked out for you. That is weird though that they would not take the return at the store of the online item, which is really an exchange since you got another bag, and send back the defective one for you so you would not have to deal with it at all. That would have been a more effective process.
