Help me pick between Chanel or Cartier!

Also take into account that the Chanel Watch is being copied by many of the cheaper brands right now. Makes me think the white ceramic has become such a huge fad that it will go out soon. I don't think you can go wrong with Cartier. Like I said I just bought two of them and I'm thinking about buying a third or getting a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. The new Small Tank Anglais has caught my eye! I would never buy the Chanel Watch because I'd be afraid it isn't classic enough to wear for 15-20 years or more. Rolex and Cartier you can't go wrong.

get the cartier bangle in WG! cartier WG are rhodium plated, so no worries that the colour would change over time.

dont worry about your bf there are still plenty of time for you both to save, as you both are not even engaged yet.

you can always sell your watch/bangle anytime as the selling value would still very high and the demand is always there.

Oh boy....so update on this thread. I couldn't get myself to buy the watch or bangle just yet...so I ended up buying a purse in the meantime while I decide lol if you want to see, check out the Prada thread I totally fell in more love with the purse at this moment than the jewelry right now lol!

Cartier Love bracelet,Cartier watch you can find with discount at jewelry store,i bought Raymond Weil watch looks like Cartier,everyone think that Ballon))))and if you flight international maybe in the Duty Free you can find a cheaper price and no tax ,maybe they will give you 10% discount,i got La Donna,there cheaper than in the store.If you will buy Cartier in the Saks (you have to open account with them)you will receive points and in February 2015 they will send you a gift card,and you can take for 12 month no fee and pay for your bracelet just minimum pyament.Good luck)

I have two Cartier watches a small men's 38.5 mm roadster and ss women's tank. I also have white J12. I would suggest the Cartier as your first piece as it is a classic and an every day piece. From there you can build in the future and add trendy ceramics and large men's size and bracelets as time and money permits

Lately I've really been wanting to get myself something nice that I say that I worked hard for but I am torn between 3 pieces as they are very pricy and can only afford to buy 1 of these as of right now. Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated!

#1- Cartier Ballon Bleu watch in silver - i fell in love with this watch when I first saw it on someone. However, when I tried in on at the store I couldn't decide between the 33mm or 36mm. I thought I liked the bigger one 36mm since that's how I like my MK watches, but I'm not sure if the smaller one would be better for the Cartier.

#2 - Cartier LOVE bracelet in white gold (no diamonds) - also fell in love with this bracelet! I love the idea of it but it is the same price if not more than the watch...I love how delicate it looks on the wrist and how you can wear it all the time. I was not able to try this on at the store

#3 - Chanel J12 diamond dial white watch - I have loved this watch since the very beginning, I even bought a toy watch since it was white and resembled it but it's not the same! My love for it has died down a little but I still love it...

I am a great fan of Cartier Love Bracelet. I love it because of its style. It also looks very shiny and very much comformtable to use. I think it is better to choose bracelet rather than to watch. The Cartier Love Bracelet is for timeless. So you should go with go with Cartier Love Bracelet.
